How do we access new depths of resilience in the face of sustained stress? Despite our doubts, we have what it takes -- our purpose, mission, and care for others perseveres under the right mental and emotional conditions. In this session, we'll explore how to endure and overcome the many challenges of this moment, and how to actively apply those lessons to the future. We'll examine the true nature of grit, resilience, purpose, and meaning-making in our leadership while navigating disruption, uncertainty, and ambiguity.

- How grit and resilience are cultivated and sustained
- How purpose and meaning-making can be integrated into challenging circumstances
- How we as leaders can persevere and prevail in crisis while keeping our hearts engaged and open
