CMA has issued three Covid impact surveys since 2020 to assess how the ensemble music field has been impacted during the pandemic. These surveys have helped CMA make the case to legislators, funders, and others who can aid in recovery.

Our latest survey will inform us of your recovery activities and provide insights on how CMA can help the field move forward. We invite you to complete this 10-minute surveyno later than Friday, May 27, 2022.

Participants will be invited to enter a raffle to win a $500 Visa Gift Card at the end of the survey. Responses will remain anonymous, and we will report relevant data after the close of the survey.
