You'll hear how LA's city government is structured and about the roles that elected and appointed officials play in developing and implementing policy and budgets. We’ll hear from LA City Clerk Holly Wolcott and LA Neighborhood Empowerment General Manager Raquel Beltran as we build ongoing collaboration between local government and the nonprofit sector.
