Full Job Description
Yamaha Music Academy of Fullerton is hiring a part time office assistant. This position requires the candidate to work specific hours: Mondays and Thursdays from 3pm to 8pm, and, Saturdays from 12pm-3pm. Our school runs on our 44-week-per year school calendar and the job schedule is corresponding with these 44 weeks only.
This job position is supervised by our school manager and job responsibilities includes handling customer's phone call and email correspondences, receiving customer inquiries, taking attendance, preparing for new student registrations, and, performing general office tasks like data entry and record keeping.
Applicant should have basic computer skills and some office work experiences. We will equally consider candidates of all ages for this position.
Due to our working environment involving children under the age of 12, COVID vaccination is required.
