We've been experimenting with segmenting our bulletin boards with different focuses, including separate boards for Arts in the Media (curated news links) and Lister News (what our current and former members are up to).  

However, as we look at traffic and feedback from our users, it seems that streamlining the way the site works is a high priority.  So we're bringing AITM and Lister News into the Open Calls board, leaving two forums (pro and public), and expanding the diversity of content on the public board.  It also means that our members will have only two forums subscriptions to worry about -- with just two emails per day, you can get a good sense of what our latest activity looks like.

The Lister News items will be moved, so no content is lost (and item links will remain the same), and Arts in the Media will become a weekly feature post on Open Calls.  Both forums will be shut down on or before January 1, 2023.
